Last evening we went to the location in Surprise, AZ. The pizza was great as always, and we were fortunate to sit on the patio on a beautiful evening. We have the most friendly and efficent server. Liam did a great job and was very welcoming and friendly. He stopped to chat with us for a while, asked us our names and shook hands. He is a great asset to the Lou Mahnati in Surprise.
We had a great experience at the restaurant with my kids with allergies. My son who is allergic to milk and eggs was able to have their wings and the pizza bread and loved it. Our waitress Kaitlyn was great, she was fast, effiencient, and friendly.
Terrible experience there yesterday and won't be back. Took family from out of state and we were all very disappointed. Stood inside the door waiting for quite some time without being acknowledged. Even staff that saw us said nothing. Ordered 3 appetizers and we ate 2 before the 3rd even arrived and that one wasn't fully cooked.
