Well I stood at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone even came to greet me. I don't know if anyone was even working there today. There was no bartender, doesn't seem like there was any waitresses, might not have even been any Cooks. Who knows it's a mystery. But they definitely need to get their act together because there was good half dozen of us waiting in the lobby just to even be talked to.
Staff member Jennifer is an incredibly thorough, helpful, knowledgeable person. Her guidance through the menu and out group's large order was unmatched by any restaurant we've attended since moving to Arizona. More importantly, she was courteous from our first steps through the door. Keep it up!
My friends and I have a happy hour meal here about once a month. While the food and service have remained great unfortunately they have taken most of the food from the happy hour menu. That's why it's only 4 stars.
