So when I DO leave a bad review, it isn't because I want to. I feel obligated to. Reviews are relied upon. With a good conscience I couldn't do otherwise.

Great staff, very helpful. Food wasn't too bad, to me, just not a 5. The atmosphere was a bit noisey. Had a country two man band. The sound level was too loud to have a conversation with our tablemates and we were in the very back! Just was expecting a bit more of a relaxed/mellow atmosphere. Maybe it's our fault for choosing this establishment. It worked out but doubt if we will be back for another visit.

Service was an absolute joke. Bring things out in a random order, bring wrong things out, bring food for one person while the rest of the table sits for fifteen minutes... oh, and a busser who rolled his eyes at everything we asked for. Like, "Hey, sorry, this salad comes with bleu cheese crumbles, is that on the way?" Eye roll. "Hey, could you remove some of these dirty dishes? "Yeah" eye roll. Food was OK, but we'll never be back.

Atmosphere and the view is amazing, food and prices decent. The problem with this restaurant is the service. The service needs to be improved drastically. Waitstaff is friendly and cordial when they finally come by your table. If I had to guess I would think it’s management, I have a feeling they are just unorganized or inexperienced. Also clean the furniture on the patio. Nothing ruins sitting and watching the sunset with friends like sitting on dirty furniture and wishing you could get another drink. We will go a few more times for the view in hopes they fix the service problems. PS It is hit or miss if they answer the phone.

The new waiter was rude. He would not have a conversation with us. He just walked away. The portions were very small. The lemonade was horrible. Our party sat on the balcony without any sunshades. It was a horrible experience. Spent a lot for our party for nothing

I love this restaurant. This is my new go-to after church on Sundays and sometimes during the week as well. I highly recommend a table on the patio overlooking the lake and the golf course. Awesome atmosphere and great staff.

We are locals and have eaten here three times over the past 2 months. We have always had to wait a while for food and sometimes the sides were cold. But after tonight we will probably not return. We had a reservation and got there at 605pm. Took the hostess about 7 minutes to seat us although there was no one in front of us and the place was not busy. The waiter ordeal to order drinks and food took another 10 minutes.. At exactly 645pm, I inqured about our food from our server which then went and checked. I wont go into the details but said he said he saw it being plated when he returned. Looking into the kitchen we could see the cooks walking around drinking a soda or something but it didnt look like any plating was happening. We gave it a few more minutes and decided to leave at 705pm. A whole hour waiting. The manager at the time was informed that we had not received our food yet so if I was the manager i would have sent out some bread or something so we would have something to eat while waiting.. Food wait times/service is one of the things that will make me leave. I've left 1 star reviews before for the same thing at the Angry Crab.
I dont think we will return. Oh, at 705 we drove down Bell to sonic.. ordered at about 710 and had our food at 721pm. Didnt intend to get a burger but that's what happened.

Asked for a Denver omlete... instead of toast and potatoes i asked if I could get a pancake instead... she said that was ok but I could still get potatoes if I wanted them... got the bill and she charged me $5 for the pancake. Not one word of... it will be an extra charge for the pancake...ridiculous. food was below average... not the best. Manager did nothing for me. Not going back
The service was slow. The food was pretty terrible. I ordered the shrimp and grits, my mom the salmon and my son the burger. Grits were literally swimming in buttery oil. The salmon and vegetables were overcooked. The burger was fine but small. I don't think i would recommend this place to anyone.
