Personally don't like not filling my own sodas. I know this is the future but will reduce my visits to McDonald's by a lot. Chicken big Mac was good but was thrown together so not even stacked nicely. Half the cheese melted into the carton. Unlikely to visit this McD again. Will try one a bit further and see how they do...

Always slow, and takes forever. Rude staff, cold foood. I almost always do a mobile order and my order is always missing sauce…. I order extra sauce and it’s never there. I don’t understand it’s on a ticket and I always ask before the give me the bag.. if the food is going to continue to be warm and take forever to get then I’ll go down to Waddell and choose from many options there.

Went yesterday while the cheeseburgers were .50 cents and before I placed my order I asked if there was a limit. I was told no and gave my code. I ordered 10 cheeseburgers and once I placed my order the screen said $32 and the girl says I'm sorry but I guess we can only allow you one cheeseburger. This is absolutely bogus and I should have been honored the deal since I asked first and was told it was fine as long as it wasn't an outrageous amount like the person who ordered 50 earlier that day. I was going to go in and speak to the manager but I will just never go to this location ever again I felt humiliated and embarrassed!!

Ordered 4 burgers 4 fries and 4 apple pies. They did not give us one of the burgers and 2 of the apple pies. This is the 2nd time we have had a horrible experience at this location
One of the worst locations in surprises.. started with them saying they don’t have frozen coke at that location(which is a lie because they didn’t know what I was asking for…) then they lady reading back my order says sauce wrong I tell her the said then wrong, she claims she didn’t say that and guess what my order is wrong with the wrong sauces the wrong size frozen coke.. and did I mention that they were about to charge me twice for a drink when they claim they didn’t even know it existed and had one prepared so they could drink it when they didn’t give it to me.. you better check your cashiers because they’re definitely stealing and not giving customers food that they’re double charging for… Have them learn the menu and not lie to customers faces when they’re reading stuff back and acting like they’re wrong .. never ever going back here..

Food was completely wrong and cold and the people were so rude when I tried to get their attention to fix it nobody would come to the window and I figured out why I saw them leaving early after giving me my order. Get a different job if it’s too much of a struggle to do this one

Staff is pretty friendly and I have yet to get my order wrong which is a plus i’d say my only complaint would be the wait time I totally understand if it’s a long lines and a rush is going, but there’s been multiple times where I had to wait 17 almost 20 minutes (this hasn’t happened every-time I went) for a very small order when barely anyone is in line but other than that I’ve had no other issues:)

Horrendous service and the rudest workers. The workers don't even look you in the eye when speaking to you. They're disrespectful. Not sure where McDonalds found these people but they need to hire BETTER. It took 30 min to order breakfast in the drive-thru one morning. And it took 35 min waiting on food in the lobby at 2pm one weekday afternoon. If you want a decent McDonald's around here, go to the one off N Litchefield Rd and W Glendale Ave.
