Placed an order 2 happy meals and quarter pounder At 2:06 it is now 2:40 no food I finally had to raise my voice for someone to come to the counter all to say they made a mistake and didn’t do the order so still waiting. Terrible terrible never coming back!!

I went to the store to get ice cream for my wife on my way home I stopped here to grab dinner for me and my kids. I placed my mobile order at 9:41 after waiting in the drive thru line and not moving figuring it would at least allow my order to be faster. I ordered 3 sandwiches 1 QPC, 1 QPC (add bacon, lettuce tomato, mayo), 1 bacon McDouble(add extra onion, spicy pepper sauce). When I got to the front window to get my food I sat there for about 5-10 minutes waiting for the worker to track down my order in the list of receipts from saying orders were completed to make their times better(known due to being a prior McDonalds manager) after that they asked me to pull forward so they can remake the food. I waited another 5ish minute's I finally got my food. Got 1 QPC(add spicy pepper sauce), 1 QPC (add bacon, lettuce tomato, mayo), 1 bacon McDouble. So after a 20 minute wait and a 5 minute drive home my kids couldnt wait their QPC because it was too spicy and the food was super greasy and cold. The ice cream I had purchased just before getting into the drive thru was completely melted. (Total amount of money wasted on inedible food was around 10 dollars) This McDonalds seems to be notorious for screwing orders up and the staff never seems to give a crap. I didn't even get an apology about the long wait times for 3 sandwiches that at most should have taken 5 minutes start to finish.

Do not dine here. They intentionally messed with my food burning the sandwiches and putting excessive amounts of carmel in the coffee to the point my girlfriend refused to drink it. I was polite and quick only asking for onions on my sandwich thats all. When i got to the window the kid refused to even say a word even after i said thank you. I was not disrespectful or anything so i genuinely do not understand why i was treated this way. I can only imagine that if you did complain to them that they would intentionally spit in your food. Its unbelievable that they even operate the store like this without fear of repercussions. So with that said i highly advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs as you may be harmed or even sickened intentionally by people who do not want you there anyways. Very sad to see people treat others this way even if they havent done anything. I was not excessive or disrespectful just treated that way because they dont want you there.

This place never ceases to fail on every aspect of business. Repeatedly give out the wrong food and have people waiting for over 45 minutes for their food. It’s really not hard to follow directions on a ticket, make the items, and put it in a bag. Recently they gave us the wrong order, with our ticket stuck ontop of the other persons ticket and the other persons order inside the bag. If I could give zero stars, I would. 1 star is too much of a compliment for this place.
Ordered 2 large fries. Paid $9. The fries were half empty. Received the amount of 2 small fries. The kids needs to learn math here. Couldn’t even refund me over the phone. Don’t ever come here.

Both Google and McDonald’s own website advertise for this location that it opens at 0400. However, I was informed by someone at this restaurant (presumably a manager) that they actually don’t open until 0430. Yet, 0430 is still contingent on when their employees choose to arrive. What an absolute joke. Is there no oversight by the Franchise owners or McDonald’s corporate anymore because McDonald’s has been declining in quality and service for some time now.

Personally don't like not filling my own sodas. I know this is the future but will reduce my visits to McDonald's by a lot. Chicken big Mac was good but was thrown together so not even stacked nicely. Half the cheese melted into the carton. Unlikely to visit this McD again. Will try one a bit further and see how they do...
