I went to Mr Pickles on Bell Road for lunch and ordered the Italian sub (Sammie) with French bread. When I got back to work and started eating the sandwich, immediately I could feel the bread was hard. I bit into the sandwich and it was super crunchy. So crunchy that crumbs started to fall. As I was chewing, I started to taste that the bread was stale. I was super disappointed as this sandwich was $15. I don’t know if I’ll go there again!

The sandwiches were good but overpriced. We ordered a catering box, and it was not ready at the time we scheduled for pick up. We ended up sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes before it was ready. I would not say anything bad about this place, but also, I would not give a glowing review.

It was surprisingly good 👍 I got the Dutch bread and it definitely wasn’t for me. It was just a little too sweet and thick. Everything inside the sandwich was good though 😊

Bread was quite dry and one sandwich was missing an ingredient that comes standard. The sandwiches were nothing special and a little pricey for what you get. Free cookies with our order was appreciated though.

Average strip center sandwich shop atmosphere. Service is friendly and quick. Prices seem a bit high. We ordered the Goomba 3.5/5 and the Tom Turkey 3.5/5. Bread seemed stale on both. The cookies were the best part 4.5/5.

Food is pretty good. Service was attitiude central. The messed up a sandwich, no biggy easy fix. The girl was too busy trying to solve what happened then just getting my sandwich fixed. I have 30 yrs in customer service. You keep the attitude and annoyed looks to your self and not share that with the customer. I think she was annoyed with a new guy but that's not my problem. Won't be going back. I dont get this BS at Firehouse subs

Not bad for a sandwich shop. The meat is not nearly as salty as some larger chain sandwich shops. The bread options were great and the French bread itself was soft and delicious. They did not put nearly enough veggies on the Goomba and were skimpy with the vinegar. If I could give a 3.5 star I would because this is a better sandwich than other shops.

I think the food is overpriced, and then they have the tip screen, too, on the credit card machine. The food was pretty good. I got a combo, so it came with a drink and cookie. They serve Pepsi products here and have lemonade, too. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. I just wasn't impressed, I can't say if I'd come back again.
