They were also served in a very odd cross cut style in which the finished slices that were placed on the plate, contained several alternating sections of bone and meat in a single slice. Macaroni salad and steamed rice were good. Value just wasn't there in my opinion, since total for two of these dinners and two sodas was over $50.

I was returning from a medical procedure and had not eaten … thought I’d stop by ONO for a quick lunch and take it home . I ordered a combo chicken with macaroni salad - no rice and extra vegetables… when I got home I had meat rice and macaroni salad. A lots of rice!! It’s really not that difficult if you read the order.

Every single time I order delivery from here they forget my Hawaiian Sun! It’s already $3 per can. If you’re gonna charge that much you should ensure the delivery drivers actually bring it! So disappointing.
Got the teriyaki plate. Got home just to find out all of the meat is burnt , extremely cold, and they tried to cover it up by putting a ton of teriyaki sauce on top. Like they gave out the old food that’s been sitting there and didn’t bother to want to cook it fresh. Took one bite and couldn’t swallow it, not worth getting food poisoning. Super disappointing, tried calling and no one would answer the phone.

Tried the chicken breast meat teriyaki. Both times the meat was super thin and the texture is very chewy , the salad bean stuff served with the aloha plate was not good. Rice was ok. Hardy any sauce on the meat. Would not but without coupon.The wasabi spam was very good though.I did the drive thru , no one in front of me, took about 20min to make so do expect a wait.

Was not happy with a meal (not what i order) asked for a refund THEY replaced it WITH THE SAME ORDER I DIDNT WANT. Spoke with the manager, said the same thing.
Got my order wrong, the chicken was burnt on the outside yet the meat was pink and then I found hairs in my food. Absolutely disgusting. Tried calling for a manager and their phone is disconnected. This place sucks!

Cheap Jews don't want to pay their phone bill. I tried to call my order in. The number is disconnected. The girl at the counter told me that they have told the corporate, but they just haven't paid the bill. So I had to wait instead of just do a quick pickup. The food was good, Ok-ish sized portions. Just a bit overpriced. It's Okay I guess.

When you glance at the menu, it looks simple at first and makes you kind of wonder what all the hype is. But, let me tell you we can’t get enough of this place! We order the combo plate with bbq beef and teriyaki chicken. We love the veggies that come with it and the sauce is always so good. The mac salad is out of this world! Everything always hits the spot and so glad I gave this place a chance. Now we order it at least once a week!
