Ordered online on 12/31/25
Order should have been ready within 15 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and not ready. No one else in the restaurant but employees. Asked when my order would be ready, told me they are working on it. 10 minutes later, still no food. Asked for a refund because my time could be better spent eating somewhere else. Got me food finally. Food is good. Custom service and execution are non existent. Avoid this place if you you value your time and sanity....

It had been a few years since eating here and their prices seemed to have doubled. They now serve mini plates for the same price as the full plate used to be but the food was still good.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is just devine in the grand scheme of fast island food. The staff is friendly & oh, did I mention how good the food is? I look forward to my next visit at Ono Hawaiian BBQ!
