First time here. Menu display changed so frequently that it took a while to figure out what each option was. Staff helped us choose and explained everything pretty well. Nice looking and comfortable place. We had a variety of the options to see what we liked. The BBQ beef was thin, really flavorful and tasted great, but some of it was very chewy. The Katsu chicken was similar, very thin, crunchy but not much flavor. Some sections were nothing but fried fat and impossible to eat....

The food is really good, cooks give a really nice flavor, even veggies are delicious, a really good place to eat a healthy food, sadly, the girl at the check is always in a bad mood and treating customers with bad attitude, she barely says hello, if she even to respond, I find it obnoxious, I mean, not the best way to treat customers, also, is hard sometimes to find a clean table, but other than that, food really worth it.

Ordered online on 12/31/25
Order should have been ready within 15 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and not ready. No one else in the restaurant but employees. Asked when my order would be ready, told me they are working on it. 10 minutes later, still no food. Asked for a refund because my time could be better spent eating somewhere else. Got me food finally. Food is good. Custom service and execution are non existent. Avoid this place if you you value your time and sanity....
