I went here on a Friday night and expected it to be a little busy, but this was crazy when I showed up at 8pm. The line was almost to the soda machine when I walked in. Melinda (I believe that was her name) was a beast in all the best ways! She was friendly and polite to every customer, not rushing them as she moved the line along like it was nothing. It only took a couple a minute for me to get up to the front. All the staff was on point and working like a well oiled machine!...
We have had great experiences at this Panda Express. Once we had to wait a few extra minutes for fresh Orange Chicken and the manager gave us free drinks. We appreciated the little bit of extra customer service.
This was our first time at this location. Sadly, it wasn't a good experience. They are a busy place. Unfortunately the most popular item wasn't enough for my granddaughters order. The wait for the next batch would be ready in 5 or more minutes. We decided on something else. When we get to the cashier, he tries to overcharge me by $3. Had I not been paying attention he would've gotten away with it.
