Usually no issues with this location. I've been ordering from them for the last five years and the pizza is usually good. This time, though, was a bit disappointing. I ordered five pizzas and a side of cheddar bread sticks. Out of the five, three of the pizzas were a bit doughy, with the bottom of the crust very pale in color. I'm not sure why those weren't cooked well while the others were. The bread sticks were OK.

My favorite pizza place, I usually order here once a week or so. Great service, my food is always done within the estimated time, if not sooner, employees and GM are nice people. My order is always right, and they always make sure to put my extra sauces in the box.

Frank Molina and his staff on Litchfield and Waddell in Surprise are truly the Pinnacle of Papa John’s Pizza. He is engaging and professional. The customer always comes first. He goes out of his way to ensure you have all you need before heading out the door. Napkins, seasonings, etc. Frank is a new dad and as a new “papa” he has the BEST attitude and a great sense of humor. Thank you for always making our experience the best. And your staff is wonderful, following the leadership...
