Good experience except the was oiut of the drink i ordered online. Other than that my order was correct. The tenders can be a bit rubbery which leaves me cause for concern.

I'm not sure what happened but recently they've been forgetting items. A couple weeks ago they forgot my strawberry lemonade that I caught before I left. This most recent visit they missed 2 fries from the BYOB deal. So I don't know. If you dine in it'll be good, but to go, make sure you have everything before you leave.

I miss the old kfc. So I tried popeyes. Not thrilled. The chicken was okay but really expensive. I ordered a two-piece chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. I didn't care for the mashed potatoes. The biscuit was meh. The chicken was good but the two pieces I got were both dark meat. 15.50 for two pieces of dark meat and a little bit of icky mashed potatoes seems like a lot.

I believe food and service go hand in hand. You as a worker know if what you are serving is up to the quality standards of your restaurant or not. People in general just don't care anymore about that sort of thing. Make sure you ask for fresh products not food that has sat under a heat lamp for hours.
4/21/26 @ 6:30 PM. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, and it was entirely due to Steven. From the moment I interacted with him, he was unnecessarily rude, had a smart mouth, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Completely unprofessional.To make matters worse, the food was cold—like it had been sitting out way too long—and the order was sloppy. There was grease all over the outside of the bag, which ended up getting on my brand new jeans. That alone is unacceptable. And somehow, a chicken place was out of chicken legs? That makes absolutely no sense. If you can’t keep your main item in stock, what are you even doing? Between the terrible service, rude attitude, cold food, and careless packaging, this experience was beyond disappointing. Steven seriously needs a lesson in professionalism, and the entire operation needs to do better. I will be calling corporate.
