Love that chicken from Popeyes! Their spicy chicken is consistently delicious, tender, juicy, and crispy. Beans and Rice are also really good! Sweet Tea is just the right amount of sweet.
Update: Had to go back for more, chicken was delicious and fresh.

Restaurant was basically. With exception of the beverage area. One Coke machine was dispensing carbonated water other was sticky. Staff was pleasant and courteous with exception to one gentleman worker at the drive-thru line that was cursing a lot. Very loudly. Food order was technically correct but instead of 16 piece regular chicken family meal I received a 15 piece spicy chicken meal and one regular chicken leg.

I've eaten and enjoyed Popeyes chicken for 20+ years and frequent this location on Bell Rd at least twice per month. Last night's chicken was really bad 👎. It was tough and tasted as though it hadn't been entirely cooked. If the store had been closer to my home I would have taken it back. I did call a voice my complaint to the manager this morning.

Ordered via Uber eats. Several items missing. Ordered 4 orders of wings. 4 of the wings were smaller than my pinky finger and an additional 2 with just frued breading that they counted as wings. They should do a visual check before submitting orders. Not one dipping sauce when 4 were marked on the receipt, and they forgot my beans & rice which was also marked on the receipt. Happened On Sunday 7/6/2025. Terrible experience for the 1st time I tried their wings.

It used to be a very good restaurant with good food and lots of diversity but this is no longer that place I only see one race of people working there and the food isn't boom anymore so I won't buy from there until I see a diverse establishment with whites, blacks and Latinos ( please answer, why there are only Latinos working in there? ) this is a very diverse community and it's weird that I'm there often and only see them in there like it's filibertos or something ADD SOME DIVERSITY IN THERE !!
This location is hands down the best in the valley. Food is always fresh. I have a tendency to eat outside of popular times and everytime I come here my food is on point. All popeyes have a lot of dirty tables and this one is no exception but it is so consistent I've grown to expect nothing less at a popeyes and it doesn't effect my 5 star review. Hubby and I will stop and eat if we find ourselves in the area even if we aren't hungry because its that good.

Idk if I upset them or what. I know at the beginning it sounded like they asked if I wanted to try the new wraps I said no, im now questioning if they said wings? No clue but I do knew that my food was minorly not what was asked. Like minor inconveniences and idk if thats on purpose or accident but I asked for the 3pc spicy #5 they then proceeded to ask me if I wanted that classic or spicy so I nicely repeated spicy, idk why I still got classic after it being said multiple times. Same thing with my lemonade, I said i wanted a chilled lemonade from the beginning and some how even after the worker verifyed that i wanted chilled still gave me frozen. Again idk if me possibly misunderstanding was enough that they felt the need to retaliate in ways that are not a big deal but trying to ruin someone's day. Not ruined for me. And it could have been simply an accident all around who knows. I just know that when I later asked for wings they seemed a Lil frustrated and like they had to fix something so I have 0 idea what's actually going on. But I will say Popeyes for years has had something or another with it thats been less than par for the course.

Worker got the order wrong. We asked for normal ranch, they gave us blackened ranch. The biscuits were hard but other than that the chicken sandwiches were delicious.
