I'm sorry I forgot her name but the Manager at the Surprise location on Waddell on 5/1/26 at 7pm is awesome! She remembered us as patrons and thanked us and helps us whenever we need assistance. The food here is ALWAYS clean, and quality!
Second time going and was just okay. First time around seemed to be a bit better several months ago. Meat, was dry, but still moderately flavorful. Sausage was good as was the bread. Wife didnt seem too impressed either. Maybe it was an off day. No big deal.
Let me begin by telling you that Portillo’s his Portillo’s. I don’t think we need to explain the food. I don’t think we need to explain how clean and how professional the environment is. Food is always decent. Just exactly what you would expect.
