I just brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. I’m leaving super sad and upset. I wanted to bring him for his first teppanyaki experience and it was just us and our two kids. The chef came out so unenthusiastic and quiet. He did not do the usual tricks and performance just cooked on the grill in front of us and it felt very much like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t even interact with us. I would never pay $100 for this food if I knew I wouldn’t have gotten the experience as well. I’m extremely disappointed and will not return to this location again. Hayashi Hibachi in Avondale is far superior and obviously I should driven a bit further and gone there instead.

With bringing a group of teenagers here, you never know what to expect! The waiters were patient and pleasant. The chefs were talented and very entertaining! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something new to do!
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant”Sakura Surprise”. The service was poor, and the place felt far from clean. The cooking staff wasn't even wearing gloves, which was quite concerning. To make matters worse, we found plastic in one of our sushi rolls. We ordered a California roll, a Botty Botty roll which was just okay, and a Sweet and Spicy Crunch roll that had plastic in it. Adding to the unpleasant experience, they were playing loud news instead of music, which really killed the vibe and felt unpleasant. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was a health concern, especially since I ate from the food that had plastic in it. I'm not sure who to report this to, but I wanted to share my experience here so others can be cautious when ordering from this place.

Horrible had 6:30 reservations today Valentine's day and was told the wait was still 1.5 hors. I could understand waiting a bit, but that's just ridiculous. I mean there was a line out the door.
The only thing I was worried was the amount of oils in the fried rice the rest was excellent they need to make sure the food are balanced so too much oil is bad for some people

A really enjoyable dining 🍽 experience!!! Food cooked table side with flair!! I had a ticket on the back of my receipt from Frys for $20 off with 5 people!! Really good cocktails 🍸 too
