This starbucks was not good at all. It took forever to take our order and make our 3 grande drinks. We waiting for 30 minutes to get the drinks. They weren't even made correctly. It was the most disgusting drink I have ever tasted. They had 5 staff members and nobody knew what they were doing, there was barley anywhere to sit and the inside was small. I orders a grand mocha cookie crumble frappe, a brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso, and a iced lavender cream oatmilk espresso, the only okay drink was the lavender espresso the other 2 drinks didn't taste or look right. Overall I would not recommend this place

Norma is the worst manager I’ve ever seen she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY, so rude and has a stankin attitude she is always giving a bad look and when I drank my coffee it tasted funny. I became so sick after that day I had diarrhea for a while 2 DAYS. Please someone fire her.

This is my last favorite Starbucks, and it has nothing to do with the people or the actual coffee. The place is just generally uncomfortable. The parking lot is a mess. The chairs inside are horrible. They are so uncomfortable, it's like they really do not want you in there. It just doesn't feel like a welcoming environment. Really poorly designed.

Twice I have ordered EXTRA HOT Chai Tea and it has been warm. I guess I should ask AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW to make sure the water is extra hot. A simple request .....$6.19...disappointed twice.

Starbucks really confuses me about a lot of things & seating is one of the biggest things. Sometimes the seating is really great but most often it just doesn't make any sense at all. At this location, there's very poor placement of electrical outlets. They're almost non-existent in fact. I don't get it.
