Just wanted to write a good review about Nicholas. I went in this morning and my drink wasn’t made correctly by another Starbucks barista when I asked Nicholas to remake the drink he was super nice and fixed my drink within 2 mins!
Just wanted to share my experience with Kai and Nicholas , thank you very much for always being so kind and a pleasure to see daily . You guys are my to go Starbucks and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service you guys provide . I’m the customer who always gets four shots of blonde Ristretto, two brown sugar, three white mocha splash of oat milk and sweet vanilla cold foam .
