The baristas, Amir and EJ, are praised for making delicious drinks and providing exceptional customer service, being polite and respectful. Even when the register was broken, the staff member kindly made a free drink for the customer while waiting. Despite being located far away, the customer is eager to return to this Starbucks location due to the positive experience.
