personnel are top notch and so friendly. Food is always good. Meatball sliders are so yummy. Beer always nice and cold.

Well there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and the server bragged that we would get double the service. It was just about the worst service ever! He was very spacey. Our order sat under the warmer for over 10 min. while he was either joking with other workers or just carrying on conversations with other people in the establishment. I thought well maybe he wants our wings to come out first since they were supposed to be our appetizer. But no eventually he brought us our food and then our wings came out after our regular meal. It was most annoying on his lack of being able to focus and get things done at a reasonable speed!

Ordered a Caesar salad with Turkey. Received a tin of lettuce, no cheese or onion or nothing else and one small slice of Turkey which was a $4.00 add on. Absolutely terrible . Wish I could post the pic of what I was delivered

I was extremely disappointed with my pizza’s today. I use to love their pizza. I don’t know what has changed, but the crust was tough. One pizza was canadian bacon and pineapple, no sauce on it! Only flavor on that pizza was the pineapple. My other one was pepperoni and it was so bland, the outer crust was burnt. It was really disheartening, to have such a favorite go to pizza place, to some of the worst pizza’s I have had. A frozen dollar store pizza would have been better then the $70 I spent here. I hope things get turned around!

Pizza is USUALLY scrumptious and served HOT. However this time the pizza was bought by the SLICE, EXTRA LG Slice of New York Combo. I enjoy Hot, Greasy, Flavorful pizza, but none of that happened tonight.Pizza was "warm", dry, struggled to cut the crust with a knife, lack of taste, needless to say very disappointed. Not every "streets of New york" are this lacking, maybe just by the slice......

Where do I begin. This has been one of my favorite restaurants for year's. On Sunday, March 14th I took my daughter and granddaughter here for what should have been a relaxing dinner. The manager told us that they were out of soda and tea. He said if we wanted soda he could open a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. We were understanding. No big deal. Then he said I'll send bread to your table what else do you want? My daughter asked for wings. We received our bread 30 minutes later and it was cold and stale. We ordered an 18 inch pizza. The wings finally came. We each took a wing, put it on the plate and noticed red blood coming out of the chicken. The meat was cold and bloody. We asked the manager to look at the chicken. He was apologetic and had a new order made. The pizza came. Not the pizza I was used to getting in all of the years I've been going there. The dough was under cooked and the flavor of the pizza was not the same. My daughter, young granddaughter and I could hardly wait to leave. We were not charged for the wing's. The manager seemed overwhelmed and high strung from the time we sat at our table until we left. I have no desire to go back to this Surprise location. What a mess. So disappointed.
Great meatball sliders along with the complementary 10-in cheese pizza just for giving them my email signing up and saying hi thought that was pretty cool when I got there with my dog Handsome Jack everybody came out of the kitchen to say hi they like my dog he's a good boxer such a good boy yeah one of the meatball sliders was for him he approved so handsome Jack says order up you will be please not too ruff ruff on the wallet for good food good service good "Kilt Lyfter as well thx guys. So I place an order today for pick up I was told that it will take 25 minutes. at the end they end up taking one hour. While my husband was waiting to get the food he kept on asking the girl at the register about the order and the girl kept on ignoring my husband and not only that!!!!!! She didn’t even apologize for taking so long:(

Pizza, yeah, my preferred treat. I wish there were more places like this around town. The staff was very friendly and kind. This place has a nice design.

Well I'd love to share my food experience with you... but we walked in and the congresswoman bartender yelled we are at maximum capacity.... and that was all. Not..... there's a wait. Or there is a waiting list.... but nope. Awesome millennial. ?
