Very cute and cozy! Lots of different drinks and snacks to choose from. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our milk teas! Service was great and we will definitely be coming back!

So, I like most of the drinks I've tried here. The spicy watermelon and coconut with Boba are pretty great. However, there is never anywhere to sit, and there's a Xmas tree still up and taking up space. These drinks aren't really easy to take with you as they don't fit inside cup holders, and if you are driving, that's a whole issue. So the seats are few and crammed together, making it awkward if you do happen to get one as the line fills up and the few seats outside are usually sticky and in the sun. If the place was bigger or had better cups to take with you, then I would visit more often, but for the $34 dollars in drinks that I bought and struggled to get home, I willreconsider wanting to put myself through that again.

I have been coming here for years and have always tipped great. The first time I asked for ketchup and mustard after I got my order on a spicy korean dog, and the employee insisted “ sorry we can’t do that because we have had complaints about the flavor and it is not good and we can’t adjust nothing after you order”. If we go anymore I guess no more tips if they don’t accommodate your “simple needs” how long does it take to grab me some ketchup and mustard packets on a to go order..

I came here because my niece recommended. 3 out of 4 drinks were good. When my daughter asked if there was a way to sweeten one drink due to the flavor, whether sugar or a simple syrup on the side, the worker said they couldn't do that and didn't even offer to remake. To me, their customer service needs to be improved. Also, the spicy cheese dog only had the topping on one side. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Just for a few things I spent around $60, so putting it in perspective, if I am going to spend that amount just for snacks I kinda want to get what typically is the minimum satisfaction of enjoying what I pay for.

The man in the back who makes drinks is extremely rude to children and berates them. He was awful to my wife and our nephew when they came in last November. Shame on you for losing your temper over remaking a drink.

I came here back in November 2022 to take my nephew who recently lost his mother and before that his father. He was having a bad day remembering their passing so I wanted to cheer him up by getting boba since we get it a lot. When we got here we ordered and he got a pumpkin drink, the cashier girl was extremely friendly and handed us our drinks. After he took a sip out of his he pulled me aside quietly and said he did not like the texture as he has sensory issues. I asked the cashier if he could instead get a milk tea and she said sure no problem. Well there was a problem, but it was with the Asian man in the back making the drinks. He yelled from the back asking why we wanted a drink remade and started to mansplain that the drink is made with *real pumpkin* and talked very condescending to my nephew who is a CHILD. He made him a new drink with major attitude and we swiftly left. I don’t know who that guy thinks he is but you never treat a child that way. Way to lose an entire family of loyal customers over 5 cents of pumpkin from a can.

Ordering on door dash or the website is always difficult. Sometimes "honey boba" is available to add to drinks on door dash, sometimes it's not available at all. Items you can order on door dash are not available on the website. Very frustrating. Love the drinks. Staff is great. But online ordering is a different story.
