I love this place!! I've been going for a while now and love all the different drink options. They have good size portions for a decent price. Also, if you sign up for their rewards, they often send out coupons which are good to save some money.

They recently changed their mochi from plain to the multi-flavored candy-like garbage on the bingsu. It's gross. You also can't customize the bingsu, which is also lame. Since the Ube & Red Bean bingsu is the only thing I go there for, I probably will not return anytime soon.

3 stars because it was a decent, semi-authentic bingsu before the change, and the price is right.

Always top notch service! They are very kind, we got here one time 2 minutes before closing, and they still accommodate us!
The food is very delicious and they have lots of tasty drinks too! Highly recommend
