I got the chicken Pho. It had nice flavor, the broth was good with a hint of ginger. The place just wasn't very clean. You can tell the sauces are not maintained, cleaned, or covered when not in use. The tables were gunky with old sauce. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest.. not super unusual for a hole in the wall, however my main complaint is that one of the kitchen staff used the bathroom and left without washing their hands. I was the next customer to use the bathroom...
We have been going here for many years. The pho broth used to be very good. The last two times it has been so bland I would barely call it broth. We hoped the last time was just a fluke. Won't be eating pho here again. The service is great, might try another dish.
The food was amazing. The freshest food we had in a very long time. We had chicken fried rice. Wonderful and so much. We had to take half of it home. The server was very helpful in explaining the dishes.
