Pulled up into the drive-thru at 9:00 p.m. only to have the guy playing games with me on the speaker and going silent and pull around to the window another kid said oh they're just horsing around I look inside and it's a bunch of inmature teenagers by far the worst Taco Bell I think I've ever gone to...just said never mind and drove off

Went to try the 80s Tostada that just came out. Beans watered down, pinch of cheese on the thin layer of beans and hardly any lettuce on the tostada. How hard is it to make one? New location with terrible food...service was okay at the drive through, but they need training on food prep.

I live close by and the outside lights are never on. You can't even tell what the building is at night, but i was hungry for a burrito. Ordered a steak burrito was no bigger than the small burritos they sell for around a dollar, and this burrito was $10. Save your money and go inside the safeway next door and buy a frozen burrito and a 3 pack of your favorite tall cans. You will be better off..

Believe all the negative reviews. For such a new location (opened less than a year), this location is a mismanaged, dirty, colossal mess.
This restaurant was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Dirt, just everywhere, all over the entire dining room floor. It's Surprise, and a lot of construction is happening around this area, but grab a mop more than once a day. If people track in dirt, mop it again. Every table in the dining room was dirty. Every single one. There were only 5 total people in the dining area and barely anyone in the drive thru, so it's not like it was so busy that they didn't have time to wipe some tables. But this is one of those locations that doesn't have a cashier to take orders and oversee the dining area and see when it needs to be cleaned. All the employees are perfectly content to hide in the back, completely ignoring the dining room.
Don't expect to get your food quickly. Every time we have come here, it's at least a 10-15 min wait to get our food, even when we're the only customers, even when our order is fairly standard (family of 5).
Despite these problems, I don't blame the young folks working here. This is clearly a mismanagement problem, and if I were the franchise owner, I would be ashamed to call this my restaurant.
So why two stars? The food was good and relatively cheap. It was the one saving grace in this monstrosity.

Haven’t ever had good service at this location. Every single time i go through the drive through, they tell me to wait in the parking lot for my order so they don’t have a bad drive through time. I end up waiting 15-20 minutes for a single order on most occasions. They close earlier than advertised, always out of something or unable to take card as payment. I could go on and on.

I will have to say, believe the reviews. To be a new location, service is way past poor. Which seems to be the norm at some of these restaurants. I had an Uber pick up last night. The dude at the window did not tell me they did not do iced coffee at night. I go back around to tell them they forgot it, older dude was very Rude in giving me the information In regards to the iced coffee. At this moment, just hire kindergartners. Because some of these teenagers and adults, Can’t seem to do Or understand basic stuff. No wonder why some of these restaurants are beginning to go to robots. I hate to say that, but the lack of unprofessionalism is outrageous. It’s not even that hard to read the receipt, let people know if there are any problems, And just be a decent human being!!!

The worst customer service here honestly these kids who work here lack customer service skills they should all be retrained! They don’t know how to communicate properly and looks miserable and mad your their ordering I guess the only way to keep them happy is if they are just standing around doing nothing. They always mess up my order and to top it off they just toss the food on the bad you can tell the food has been man handled. Next time in I’m going to record how they talk to the customers and send it in to corporate!

This place never gets my order right, they were out of soda this time. Still charged me for a drink. They take forever inside and in the drive thru. Management is poor here and it shows time after time.
