hello there just wanted to say that as we were eating tonight 9/21/2024 @730 the tall dark skinned bearded employee who was making the dough was washing dishes and when finished went back to making the dough, all wearing the same set of gloves... that's disgusting and basic food service 101 that you wash hands and change gloves!!!
smh, this man needs to retake the food service health test immediately

From traditional pretzels and dips to loaded Blitz and soft-served ice cream, there are salty, savory, and sweet options. The loaded Blitz in Bacon Ranch and Baja Elote are tasty and filling, with shareable portions. Chimney Cakes in cookies and cream or rainbow crunch have a crunchy yet soft shell with a nice sugar coating. Slushy drinks and root beer floats are refreshing, and the soft-served ice cream is a hit. Despite arriving close to closing time, there are plenty of options available, and the workers are super great. The restaurant is very clean, and the pretzels are delicious like always. Some customers experienced pretzels being hard on the bottom when arriving later in the day, but the service is quick and friendly.
