Our time at Uptown Alley has been absolutely amazing and I wanted to shout-out an employee who has truly made our time special.
My son is 10 and on the spectrum. Going out as a family has often been challenging because loud environments can sometimes become overwhelming for him.
My daughter wanted to try out the laser tag and mini golf at Uptown Alley and the employee helping us was Tiffany.
Tiffany was absolutely incredible.
Tiffany was patient, kind, and attentive, and she seemed to instinctively understand how to make kids feel comfortable and included. She was calm and understanding which made a huge difference for our family. Tiffany was especially wonderful with my son, taking the time to explain things at his pace and recognizing when he needed a break without making him feel singled out. It's clear that Tiffany has a special gift for working with children, including those on the autism spectrum.
If you have a son like mine and find it challenging to go out I can assure you, Tiffany is absolutely amazing and uptown is where to go.

My family & I have been frequent flyers of Uptown Alley for many years and have gotten to know a majority of the staff, including the management, throughout the years.
We recently visited the facility, and was blown away by the managers DJ’s professionalism, stellar communication, and overall positive attitude. We had not been in since renovations started, but seeing all the new and improved changes to the establishment, as well as DJ’s incredibly astounding hospitality, will ensure we are regulars for years to come.

I was over charged on my credit card 2 times and I went in the afternoon on 6-1-26 to speak to a manager skinny white guy came out as the manager as soon as he started talking to nothing but attitude didn’t care didn’t want to hear about most rudest manager I ever dealt with even though I told him I needed that to feed my 3 year old daughter that was with me he really needs customer service training I am the chief engineer for maintenance department for all Marriott we are having an event for our employees there but after that service I received probably be going to Dave and buster’s

Uptown Alley in Surprise, Arizona is a great place for the whole family. There is so much to do in one place, which makes it really nice when you have different ages or different interests in your group. We had a fun time there, and it is definitely the kind of place where everyone can find something they enjoy.
The bowling was a lot of fun, and it is nice that they have other options besides just bowling. There is pool, an arcade, laser tag, and even an adult area, so it does not feel like it is only geared toward kids. The arcade gives the younger ones plenty to do, while the adults can still relax and have a good time too.
It is a good spot for a family day, birthday, night out, or just something fun to do when you want to get out of the house. I like places where you do not have to plan several different stops to keep everyone entertained, and Uptown Alley does a good job of offering a little bit of everything.
Overall, it was a fun place with a good mix of activities, and we would definitely go back.
We love visiting Uptown Alley for drinks and arcade games! Mariah in the bar is so friendly and makes great drinks! Jerad in the prize area is awesome and always has a great selection of prizes available! These staff members keep us coming back to our favorite Saturday night hangout!

“Very disappointing first visit. We spent over $100 and waited more than 20 minutes without any server checking on us. After asking multiple employees, we were told to just keep waiting. When the waiter finally came, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude and told, ‘How am I supposed to know you ordered drinks?’ even though no one had explained the process to us. Our food didn’t arrive until after we finished bowling. Overall, poor communication, slow service, and a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back or recommending .”
