Based on the picture I attached where is the nacho part of the nachos? Not only did I order this and leave a generous tip you guys brought this out stale and cold. I paid 35 dollars for this and a quesadilla and good thing ordered extra jalapeño otherwise I bet it wouldn't have shown up on the plate. No way am I ordering food again.
Great food!
A great place to spend a fun and entertained evening with your family. We were visiting from out of state and wanted to do an indoor activity that we would all enjoy as family. Uptown Alley was the perfect spot. They had some good deals on Bowling and arcade, we’re a family of five and the kids really enjoyed it. We also had some pizza and tacos, great service, clean restrooms, and options to play. The only recommendation is to have at least two staff members at the counter, we had to wait to get our bowling shoes because the nice girl was trying to help everyone as efficient as possible … we would definitely come back here when around the area!!
Took my kids for my younger sons birthday. This place is a lot of fun, but unfortunately all the bowling alleys were booked when we went so we didn't get to do any bowling. The arcade is great but be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars just to get prizes worth 1/20th of what you spend getting the necessary tickets. Also, like every arcade, the claw machines are rigged to drop anything that you're able to grab. They can't support any weight.
Clean fun and lots to do. I will leave the Fifth star, but sometimes the service to check in for bowling is subpar. But we always have so much fun and the servers are so kind you forget about that quickly.
Service was bad ask for some stuff n they didn't

Our experience at Red Embers Bar & Grill was elevated by the outstanding service from Taylor. From the moment we were seated, Taylor’s attentive and friendly demeanor set the tone for an enjoyable meal. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our dining experience was perfect, making us feel truly valued as customers.
Taylor’s great personality shone throughout the evening, making her a delight to interact with. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for her job made our visit all the more pleasant. She skillfully balanced being personable and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of our time at the restaurant.
In addition to her excellent service and charming personality, Taylor’s exceptional timing and knowledge of all things Uptown were impressive. She anticipated our needs effortlessly, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and our courses arrived at just the right moments. For anyone planning a visit to Red Embers Bar & Grill, we highly recommend asking for Taylor’s section to experience her exemplary service firsthand.
We only went to the arcade, but half the machines didn't work (buttons on ninja turtles didn't all work, you could only see half the screen on another game, the VR headsets wouldn't adjust properly as the elastic was shot, one of the guns on another game didn't work so only one person could play, etc).
And the price was ridiculous. Most games were 6 "points" which works out to be about $1.20 per person for about 5 minutes of playing time, if you're lucky.
In short, don't waste your time or your money.
Great place to bowl
