Had a party of 17 people and we decided to play krazy darts. Great new experience for most of us, love Uptown Alleys new set up! Spencer was our server and took amazing care of us. Very attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and seemed to fit in as if he was part of our party! We will definitely be back and recommend Spencer as your concierge to fun:-)
Want to single out Sandra for excellent customer service. We are not used to old school customer service anymore. We were pleasantly surprised at her willingness to go above and beyond her duties. She was very busy with a group of handicapped children. The way she balanced all customers was amazing. I never leave reviews but decided that Sandra deserved a good review. You typically don’t encounter that level of professionalism these days would highly recommend going to uptown...

We had a GREAT day at Uptown Alley! 🎳❤️ Honestly, Tuesdays are the BEST day to come here! We came in planning to have a fun day without breaking the bank, and we literally did EVERYTHING on a budget. The pricing was great, we got our games in, ate, had drinks, bowled, and ended up spending pretty much the whole day here. You really can make a whole day out of it without spending crazy money.
