I have a gluten intolerance and have been gluten free for 3+ years. Being recently pregnant I also have gestational diabetes which makes it even more difficult finding quality food items that are BOTH gluten free and low carb. I was very excited when I found Valley Keto which checks both things I need to look out for. Especially now that I’m pregnant with GD, finding sweet treats was something I gave up on. I’m was excited to find this bakery! I have tried a lot of things on the menu. They have so much variety. The lasagna is the best! Will definitely be back. Specialty small businesses have a lot more overhead so I’m happy to pay their prices.

I am on a quest to find or make a good Gluten Free Sourdough Bread, which I found out they do not make. So, I tried one loaf as it's very pricy, $13 for a loaf that provides about 6 slices. They had a few varieties to choose from and since I like Olives, I bought the Rosemary Kalmata Bread. It had a nice flavor, but as I was wanting a sourdough I was missing that tang I love.
