I have a gluten intolerance and have been gluten free for 3+ years. Being recently pregnant I also have gestational diabetes which makes it even more difficult finding quality food items that are BOTH gluten free and low carb. I was very excited when I found Valley Keto which checks both things I need to look out for. Especially now that I’m pregnant with GD, finding sweet treats was something I gave up on. We tried their Dinner Rolls, Snickerdoodle cookies and Apple Cider Doughnut...

I’m was excited to find this bakery! I have tried a lot of things on the menu. They have so much variety. The lasagna is the best! Will definitely be back. Specialty small businesses have a lot more overhead so I’m happy to pay their prices.
