We had a wonderful experience this time. We were going to a concert at Vista performing arts a few blocks from Vogue Bistro. My husband ordered from the prefix menu for Restaurant Week and I tried the famous meatloaf. Foods and cocktails were delicious. The owner actually stopped by and chic-chatted with us during our dinner.
Cute little place, but a bit pretentious. While the food was really good, it was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. The atmosphere was quiet but our server was a little overbearing while quickly taking plates away but telling us over and over again not to rush (which usually means "hurry up"). The owner himself stopped by and was very nice, however he was very unkempt and dressed extremely sloppy compared to his staff (we actually at first though he was a patron...
We went for Restaurant week and were delighted with the food. Lobster bisque was wonderful and my filet was so tender. Josh our server was friendly and did an awesome job. Can't wait to go back.
