Doughy bread sticks were absolutely amazing!!!! Nothing like being hungry and not being able to eat the food you just bought because it's not cooked all the way!!! Waited for 30 min after placing an online order 45 min before showing up. Not very friendly folks and as always... Food is disgusting!!! No more ever!!

They are the most impossible people to work with. Will not come to drive throw till you call in. After that they act like you are putting them way out by asking them to do their job. Nothing ever seems to be hot and ready. That is how the costume ends up hot and ready to go some where else for

We stop there there was a whole team working. There was still 5 minutes of being open. And they said they could only make ready to order pizzas. If your hours are open you should serve your customers till the last minute. That means what they would like to order not what the crew only wants to make. This is called service Question why would you close half hour early on a Saturday? Other wise food was great even if it was not what we really wanted.

Increasingly frustrated with this place. Last time I ordered online for pickup, received a message my order was ready, and arrived to find all of the staff standing around talking. I was told my order would be right out, just 5 minutes more, only to wait ten minutes to be told my order had only just been put in. Huge waste of my time.

I pay extra money to have pineapple put on my pizza and every time I'm lucky if there are 8 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza.... the directions say pineapple on the whole pizza.. so put pineapple on the WHOLE pizza.

For anyone that has ever worked in a pizza place or a restaurant, this place is infuriating.Why stay open an extra 30 minutes on friday when you just say "we're out of everything" far before you're closed?You're telling me you don't have any dough, sauce, cheese, or pepperonis to open up with tomorrow morning?This place closes before almost anywhere else in town, but that still isn't enough for the employees here.Oh did I mention they just turn the phones off too? Busy signal with no one in the store but employees scrambling to clean and leave over a half hour before close.They almost never have hot and "readys" actually ready, and seem to not care and completely disregard the whole concept.Not to mention almost no one that I have interacted with in that store is friendly or has any sense of customer service.The only reason I come back is it's a small town with few options and the pizza is decent.I'd bet almost anything I can walk in there tomorrow at open and they will have plenty of ingredients to make pizzas.

Half the time they make my order wrong it’s annoying having to drive in and out of town for mess ups like entirely incorrectly made orders. I get mistakes happen but in my 5 months of living in Snowflake this place has gotten my order wrong 4 times and I’ve only made maybe 6 orders tops. I hardly see any staff in so maybe they’re often short handed and get flustered easily hopefully they can soon improve. If only there were more options in town. Went back TWICE in one night because they made my order wrong over and over again. I try not to be that person and just cut my loses but it’s getting ridiculous
