Just had a really bizarre and borderline disrespectful experience at this location. I was prompted to give a tip on the payment screen. I bought a mountain dew and a medium pizza. Suggested tips given ranged from $1.27 to less than $2 of the three options. I made a custom tip of $5 just out of good practice. It's been 40 years since we ate Little Caesars pizza for the first time (which used to be at Norfolk Naval Base), It brings back fond memories stopping here every once and a while. They're good for a quick and affordable meal. I recommend grabbing one then running over to Taco Bell and picking up a few tacos to go with it.
