Would give 0 stars if I could. It makes me sad this place used to be so good, such a fun environment and staff. Sadly in the last year you can see the downfall, went in for the first time in awhile to not even be greeted, while they had a lot more stock, the store was messy and not organized, none of the staff seemed as if they wanted to be there and were very cold. I remember loving coming into ACG because the girls working always were so nice and greeted me and my family, plus there was always a fun event happening. Not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill, save your money and shop somewhere else for anime merch!

This is no longer a cafe. Super disappointing. It’s more of an office space that happens to have anime merch half unpacked around the store. It’s kinda dirty and just disappointing. The workers didn’t seem happy at all to be there or to help us. We drove an hour to be seriously disappointed.

Scammed me. Said something was in stock, I bought it, and then when they hadn’t mailed it I asked and they said it was a preorder. Clearly it wasn’t marked as a preorder online or in the post (said in stock). They said I had to wait 2 months for my order to ship and I wasted. Then I saw them scalping my item in person at anime expo. They said they would send it mid July and they just cancelled my order instead. Very obvious they were just holding my $200 as a deposit to buy more labubus to scalp. So they made money off of my money and then just cancelled randomly. Very dishonest and unprofessional

Place was ok. A little small and not much offered in terms variety of many series or animes.

Not a Café Anymore & Poor Customer Service Experience

I visited ACG Go Anime Café & Store expecting a café experience, but it turns out they’ve removed the tables and chairs, and the TVs that likely once displayed menus now play random anime and Genshin Impact content. While the atmosphere is nice for browsing, my experience took a downturn when I asked about specific merchandise.

When I inquired about All Might merch, I was told in a dismissive tone that it was “too old” and they don’t sell it anymore. The same response followed when I asked about Fullmetal Alchemist. It felt like my questions were an inconvenience, which made the interaction awkward and off-putting. I even tried joking about the Digimon Gen 1 poster being “ancient” to lighten the mood, but it didn’t help.

I don’t expect over-the-top enthusiasm, but basic customer service—like acknowledging customers in a friendly manner—makes a huge difference. I visited another anime store down the street and was simply greeted with a “Welcome in,” which immediately felt more inviting.

If you’re just stopping by to browse a lot of Genshin Impact, ACG Go has a good atmosphere. But if you’re looking for helpful service or specific merchandise, I’d recommend checking out other stores in the area.

If you're an online shopper, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I pre-ordered a Genshin Impact keyboard and their shipping/delivery estimate is extremely off. My keyboard arrived over half a year after placing the order, and after reaching out to customer service for updates, I've discovered their customer service is also terrible. The replies are very late, sometimes I don't even get replies. They also had the nerve to charge me additional money for shipping when I already paid for shipping up front and after waiting months and months for my item to ship. What a slap in the face. The worst was when I finally got my package, it was clearly opened before for who knows what reason. I would've charged back or went for a refund but I didn't want anything to do with these people anymore. Whoever reads this, you've been warned. Buy from the official Genshin store on Amazon, the items on the official Amazon store are cheaper anyway.

Lovely store! If you’re a genshin impact fan, they have a lot of items for you :D

Liked this store having a lot of official and licensed Genshin merch, though as a genshin player who recently moved to play Honkai Starrail, I was disappointed with the limited amount there, it had a ton of Genshin merch on the other hand though. I know the website has a ton of Honkai merch on the website, but in the story there is almost none here sadly. It’s quite annoying because looking at the website it shows a ton of merch, but there’s none. Still if you’re a fan of Mihoyo, this place is for you.

Doing the raffle prizes can be risky, but it is seriously so much fun! Great environment and very kind staff. If you’re a collector or fan of pokemon, Sanrio, genshin, one piece, or other popular anime definitely check this place out! It is a bit pricey, but even just popping in to browse is very fun.
