We stopped by Adventurous Stills last night as part of our Bike Week route with friends, and it was absolutely one of the highlights of our ride. The drinks were fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming and fun, and the staff were genuinely awesome—fun to talk to and clearly passionate about what they do.
What really blew me away was the level of kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and not only did they track down where we were going next, they brought it to me at the restaurant because they were going to be closed for the next two days and wanted to make sure I got it. That level of care is rare.
This experience confirmed something I’ve always believed—there are still more good people in this world than bad. Hats off to Adventurous Stills. We’ll definitely be back!
What an amazing find . .the staff was truly amazing and welcoming. The sampling was great and the tour was very fun. Try the bartender roulette for a drink choice . She nailed it. We can't say how much fun we had here
New owners Californicated this place. Prices are through the roof now. Not the cool place it used to be.
Superb drinks and great staff.
We happened in here because the distillery we were going to didn’t open until later that afternoon. Boy, were we glad that happened. Borka and Nathan were awesome! We did the tour and learned so much from Nathan about the craft distillery. Borka mixed up some amazing cocktails. Definitely stop in - you won’t be disappointed.
Spent a few hours with Kelly. My brother is Michael Pearce a gin distiller from Japan. TL Pearce DistilleryKelly gave us an amazing tour and several whisky samples after. My favorite was a Carmel hint whisky called Lost Dutchman.I highly recommend Adventurous Stills.
Great little tour will worth the 17 dollars, the bar tender who made the old fashions were great, or tour guide was fantastic, super nice and informative. The rye whiskey was my favorite. Nice little hidden gem
Got a tour from Groupon and it was really cool. Love that it's totally local, each sample we got tasted really good! Highly recommend. We will be ordering their 4 pack for Xmas and bday gifts!
Highly recommended! While visiting Phoenix I was looking into local distilleries. Adventurous Stills was of interest for their grain to glass, local, transparent operation so I stopped by. Kelly was very passionate about their products, processes and inspirations. He provided multiple tastings, showed me around the place with an air of “just hanging out” as opposed to a sales pitch.I ended up selecting an array of products and am enjoying each one at home. The rye in particular is tasty and unique. Prices are very reasonable for a product crafted with such attention to grain sourcing, full in house production at a small scale and quality. I would encourage anyone to stop by and support this local gem or pick up a bottle at your liquor store. Not sure when I’ll be back in Arizona but I plan on checking back in whenever that is.
Amazing, informative and super fun!!!!

One of our favorite neighborhood hangouts. Great locally made whiskies!
This is a dope little spot. The tasting room was really inviting, the tour was fun, the drinks were top notch, the bartender was attentive and creative with her drinks, that showcased the spirits. It had a really nice vibe and I felt like I could have struck up a conversation with anyone who walked through the door. Very friendly spot. My friends had a lot of fun.
Private tasting by a passionate crew. Unique spirits mostly locally sourced. The distillery tour represents the friskiness this crew is willing to do to present exciting whiskeys for you.
Really good! Spirits are definitely “adventurous” but still very good.
Great happy hour!
