The establishment was nice and convenient, We saw the last show and food and bar closed when the movie started which was a downer. The server we had was not the best, (No personality) she was not friendly and didn't check on us. The food runners and drinks were really good and I wish I could of tipped them. We didn't see them again. I definitely would come again but not the last show.

First of all, only the rows on the bottom level have recliners and they don’t tell you that when you buy a ticket. Secondly, I ordered at the same time as the other people in my party and they finished both their food and drinks before I got anything. I had to actually leave the theatre after multiple attempts to even get a water (which I got rude responses from the servers every time). When I talked to the server, some girl with a bunch of face piercings came out of no where and interrupted me to say “we’re understaffed”. She had no idea what was going on. They lost my ticket and that’s fine, what’s not fine is being rude and dismissive about an obvious failure. Never going back.

This is my favorite theater of all time. Alamo has it all. You want new block buster movies? Alamo's got it. You want to rewatch some of your favorite classics on the big screen? Alamo's got it. You want food and booze with your movie? Alamo's got the hell out of that. You want to talk, pull out your cell phones, or bring your annoying children to watch rated R movies? Thankfully, Alamo will throw you out without a refund. This is the best place ever. 10/10 would get schwasted on King Shark drinks while watching Suicide Squad again.

The service here is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful. Lots of respect for the staff they do a great job! The theater is maintained well. It's a truly unique movie theater experience. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend it.

Great place for date night. The service was excellent and the facility is very nice. Grace was an excellent waitress. Also a gentleman at the front answered all our questions about other events happening at this location. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. We'll definitely visit again soon.

Excellent experience with my son watching Fast 9. Good service. Burger was decent. Little pricey but worth it for the service and experience. Was just one other pair in there so cant say how service is busy.

It was a very comfortable movie experience. Don't go to the late showings as they cut off your ability to get refills on soda, popcorn without telling u. They told me and my kids they would say when the cut off was but never did. Paid 30 dollars for endless popcorn and drink but never was allowed to get at least 1 refill. So just go to early showings and you'll be good I hope.

Great place for open captions for deaf people to watch a movie without any problems at all. Food is good. If you talk to worker about having your refills ahead of time they will bring them with no problems and will let you know last calls too by note!

Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do and I really enjoy watching them at the Alamo. This is the closest location to me. Staff are nice and it's a fairly clean location. :)

Once I got into the theater I ordered a beer and a popcorn. They came back with my beer and no popcorn. When they brought my beer I reminded him about the popcorn, said ok I'll grab it. Nothing.... When ordered another beer, I ordered popcorn again and it finally came out. Ordered one last beer and popcorn at last call.... Just got my beer. These places are cool cuz you can drink beer instead of soda or slushees.... But popcorn is a necessity. I'm a popcorn guy. I would very much so like to enjoy popcorn while I watch my movie. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed.

Comfortable reclining chairs. Good view of the movie even three seats back from the screen without straining your neck. Hit the unlimited popcorn. Tasty and very buttery. Enjoyed the movie at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema with my family.
