horrible service, we walked in got seated and everyone would walk past us and not serve us. one lady looked at us, we needed help and she ignored us and attended 2 other tables next to us. food was good, service was just horrible, everyone had a bad attitude, gave my boyfriend and i dirty looks.

I ordered the cod fish basket, the fish was super greasy, no butter for the cornbread and the honey packet was dark brown, which means the honey was old.
My sister & nice ordered the lobster roll and buffalo chicken sandwich to split half and half. The lobster roll had a small piece of lobster, was probably half the length of the roll, way too small for $15. The roll was split at the bottom and all the coleslaw fell out.
The chicken sandwich was terrible tasting, we left without my sister eating anything and paid a $80 bill.. very disappointed, won't be going back!

Consistent Issues with Orders and Overcharging

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences at this location, I feel it’s necessary to speak up. Every time I order here, there’s an issue — especially with the shrimp. I always order an extra 1/2 pound of shrimp in addition to the standard 1/2 pound, but more often than not, they only give me one portion. I’ve had to repeatedly ask the staff to correct it, and while they usually do, it shouldn’t be a recurring problem — especially when I’m paying for the extra.

Most recently, I placed a to-go order and was charged $10 more than what my receipt showed. I don’t want to assume the worst, but it felt like an automatic gratuity might have been added without my consent — and there was no clear explanation for the extra charge.

This is the fourth time I’ve had an issue here, and it’s really disappointing. I want to support this business, but the lack of consistency and accountability is frustrating. Please double-check your orders and receipts if you choose to visit.

Very clean courteous staff, but the food which is the whole point, is the point isn't great. This is the second time visiting and the first time I was sold jambalaya that they told me was gumbo and the second time my fried shrimp was spongey. This is sad because this is a favorite.
