This was my last trip to Arby's until they remove the AI feature for drive through. Not only does this feature cause ordering to take twice as long, the technology is faulty and cumbersome. Meal was completely incorrect. Why are you removing human jobs for shitty tech that isn't fully developed?

Clean, fresh food, excellent customer service. I almost never eat fast food but sometimes I crave a roast beef sandwich (I have no idea why). I came here on the holiday and the food was better than I remember. The young man working the drive through was so kind and lovely. Way to go! Yall dont get enough credit. You are appreciated.

I got the mozzarella sticks, been cheddar, couple roast beef sliders and a Buffalo chicken slider. I modified the sandwiches and they were great, hot, and delicious. Mindy was working the drive through and she was very helpful and efficient. I'll be back.

First time customer. Great service when taking my order. The food was definitely old. I swear I had one good curly fry the rest were crunchy and overcooked. I was so hungry though I tore the fries up. Then BAMâŚ. I opened the chicken wrap I ordered and it was as hard as a rock. I recorded a video but canât post it. How do you feel comfortable handing that to a customer? These meats are not meat-ing. Fail. Iâm disappointed and wonât ever go back. $15!! :(
