Came here an hour and half before closing with our entire family, dining area was locked. Two other people came behind us too and none of us were served because the door was locked. Lost out on 100$ worth of business because of closing early. Shame.

Just bought a new car and was hungry after going through the process. Luckily there was an Arby's just down the street. We stopped in and had a quick dinner. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and fast. The Atmosphere was as expected from Arby's. Still a favorite!

This place is full ran by AI. Not even a human taking your order. No customer service. Can’t accommodate everything. Very minimal humans in the place to accommodate anything custom. Waited over 10 min for food. Absolutely terrible choice switching to full AI. I will never come back just for that.

I get a chicken sandwich and add the cheddar cheese sauce on it. Hit or miss on the Arby's and if they get it right. They nailed it. And had fresh curly fries.

I went to pick up my mobile order and got a little attitude from the girl working either front counter or drive through not sure which. This was about 7:30ish tonight. Not only that but they gave me the wrong soda and it was nothing but carbonation. I had asked for a Dr. pepper. The food was fine. I work fast food my self and that’s not how you treat your guests. Sorry. Btw love your orange cream shake.
