This place is full ran by AI. Not even a human taking your order. No customer service. Can’t accommodate everything. Very minimal humans in the place to accommodate anything custom. Waited over 10 min for food. Absolutely terrible choice switching to full AI. I will never come back just for that.

I get a chicken sandwich and add the cheddar cheese sauce on it. Hit or miss on the Arby's and if they get it right. They nailed it. And had fresh curly fries.

I went to pick up my mobile order and got a little attitude from the girl working either front counter or drive through not sure which. This was about 7:30ish tonight. Not only that but they gave me the wrong soda and it was nothing but carbonation. I had asked for a Dr. pepper. The food was fine. I work fast food my self and that’s not how you treat your guests. Sorry. Btw love your orange cream shake.

I have not eaten at Arby's for about nine years, but decided to give them a try today. Being that it was Good Friday, I wanted the fish sandwich. The fish sandwich and fries did not disappoint! Both were served hot and fresh. Very delicious! I would definitely go back and order another. The down side of my visit was the cold apple turnover and the creepy AI bot you order from. The apple turnover should be served hot and there should be a human taking my order. I was very happy with the server, she was very friendly and polite!
