Be careful going through the drive thru I went at 10am to get some donuts and they lady at the window charged me twice she took money from me after I tipped her. Do not use card in the drive thru

I’m a big fan of the donuts here and the staff is usually friendly. This has been my first negative experience. I had placed a TooGoodToGo order as the lobby is shut down at 3. Pickup window is 3-10pm. I arrived at 3:05. There was a sign saying, “be back in 30 minutes.” No worries, people have to take breaks. I didn’t know how long the sign had been up. I left to run a few errands, came back at 3:45 and there was still no one. Ended up not getting my order this time. I’d recommend not placing orders for pickup/delivery, but in person is great.

tried to go through the drive through last night and could not figure out if the place was open or not. it was around 7, the doors were locked, lights on the drive thru were off, no one on the speaker. all the 'open' signs were lit up but there were also 'sorry we're closed' signs up in the windows. ended up just leaving, confused. used to really love this place, haven't stopped by in a few years and it'll be a bummer to find out it's actually closed.
