best place I have found, we eat out every Thursday, I pick something up. This place has amazing food and service and I will return again and again.

Not a fan of the self ordering and check out. My last time coming here. It saddens because I like the food. I don't always see all the food options with self check out system, it's helpful when you are able to talk with the staff about the side options.

The food here is delicious, nutritious and filling. My only complaint would be the prices they seem a little steep but I keep in mind it’s not a super large chain, they do most of their business from DoorDash and uber eats I’m sure. At any cost, you pay for quality and good service service and this place checks all the boxes.

Waited more than 20 minutes for an average breakfast burrito. For the amount of staff around it was disappointing to have such little service and when I asked for help I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. Even when I asked for a water cup while I waited, I was told I had to buy one.
Find somewhere else to eat, this place will leave you annoyed

I’m huge on customer service. Which is obviously lacking not only in this establishment but just in general present day. Luckily it was only a lunch break and I will not support going forward.

Won't go again. Two employees standing around at the counter, would not greet me or take my order. Had to use the kiosk.

I just had the worst chicken sandwich in my entire life. Soggy chicken, limp mushy pickles and a dry bun. Fried chicken looked good, but I would not recommend the Cajun chicken sandwich even if you were about to die of starvation

The services to order food was very finicky

Tried to get the daily special with a different cheese, but they want a dollar to swap cheeses. Would make sense if they took a dollar off for no cheese but they don’t wanna do that either

Food here is just ok. Service is almost non-existent basically an online storefront. Overpriced considering the portions, and quality is not competitive to justify cost.

I have been here twice. Both times I had the #18 Pastrami. It is good. A regular size sandwich is perfect foran adult appetite. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
