Cup of cinnamon bites. 1/4 was filled w the sugar. And coated the top over the pretzels. I thought i poured most out but once I kept eating I noticed I was searching through the sugar for them.

As always, they always make me happy, the Bites with sugar and cinnamon, even now when I'm not hungry, and I think about the Bites, the desire comes back to me, they are just perfect, please stay the same.

I really enjoyed my pretzels this visit thanks to the manager, Johnete. She was very friendly welcomed to me and my family and served us the freshest pretzels. We waited for a fresh pretzel and the weight was two seconds. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one counted. She is definitely asset to this Company.

Their hours are incorrect. We showed up at 6:45 on a Sunday when it said they closed at 7 and the entire mall had already been closed for 45 minutes.

After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything.I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes.She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself.She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me.It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order.Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service.The pretzel tasted great.Thank you, Denise. ❤️

Great service.

Came today. It was so good. The lemonade was so sweet and so bomb!! Pretzel was also so good. Minimal wait time. They got us in and out. Definitely a great trip. Well worth the drive.
