I have been remiss to write a review until now. I can't say enough about Nik, AZ Inspirations catering and staff! Over the past years I was introduced to Nik and his services through a dear friend who has since passed. My family started to use his services for happy occasions as well as sad. So hadn't needed his services in quite a few years When the need came up last year I didn't think of calling anyone else but Nik. He this time delivered to our home for a Celebration of Life for our son. I knew I would need him again when my brother passed and so at the beginning of this year called and once again he provided his services. The food every time tastes even better than the last even though I choose the same menus and the service along with the pricing is suburb! I can't say enough about Nik and AZ Inspirations Catering and so sorry it took me this long to give my review. When the occasion arises again I know who I will be calling! A big thank you to Nik and his team!

We use AZ Inspirations Catering for lots of company events, from anniversary parties to retirement parties. Nik the owner, responds quickly and is super easy to work with. His staff is incredible and knows what to do when they set up for your event. Everyone always loves the food and they have so many options for any event. I recently had AZ Inspirations Catering cater my event, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with their entire business process. Nikolas, the owner, communicated with us in a timely manner, whether it was through phoning or emailing. We attended a tasting of the dishes we chose, and they served us with full attention to us and our needs. They arrived on time to the event, staying the entire time, and offering leftover boxes for anyone who wanted them. Everyone at the party had positive comments about all of the food and the presentation of it. We thought that everything was excellent! I would highly recommend AZ Inspirations Catering.

Nik and his staff catered our large wedding (160 guests) last weekend as well as our rehearsal dinner. We had steak, potatoes, and greens. On our wedding day, we had brisket, bbq chicken, corn succotash, and greens. We also hired bar staff through them to serve drinks. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Nik and his staff were professional, accommodating, and very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were taken care of. AZ Inspirations Catering catered my in-laws 50th Anniversary party this evening. The food was outstanding and all the guests rave about the meal. They were a genuine pleasure to work with and have at this special event.

Every step from my first inquiry through clean up at the event was handled professionally. I really felt like Nik and his staff cared about our special event as much as we did. The food was beautifully displayed and was as delicious as it looked - and there was an abundance - I'm still eating artichoke dip :)

Book these folks you will not be disappointed! We found AZ inspirations through Aldea, we used their Tercero venue. Nik, the owner, was at their open house and we were sold at first bite. Their food is amazing. We went with southwest food it tasted fresh, healthy and well made. These folks are so passionate about food and flavors. Nik and I got talking and he shared with me tips and tricks on how to make the perfect Gnocchi. We did passed appetizers and a buffet service and it went so quick and smoothly. For dessert we did their churro bar, and WOW. We got raving reviews about all the food, there was none leftover everyone went back for seconds. My cousin even texted me a couple weeks later saying she and her husband have been recreating their green chili gnocchi because it is one of their new favorite dishes!! If I ever have another event Nik will be my first call.

Nik was a great choice for our wedding! The meal selections were all so delicious, and after two tastings, we found the perfect choice. Everyone literally raved about the food. The staff was so friendly and professional. Az Inspirations Catering will definitely be on our list should we ever need an event caterer in the future. Delicious, reasonably priced, courteous. Strongly recommend!
