They may be understaffed but I have been going here since march on a weekly basis and I have watched their service rapidly decline. I have had multiple experiences where there are missing items when I get home and I do not live close I just happen to be close and in a hurry to get some food when I come here and I open my bag and have been finding some off the things I add or order more of are missing. I have tried to address this issue by calling same day but first time I called in day late they said id have to call in same day to address it. I called same day after leaving and finding missing items they want you to come in and show you all the food uneaten in order to be compensated. We had all already started eating in maricopa and they refuse to compensate. They are money hungry and they don’t care for their customers, even regulars. I have had it with the not so great customer service. Hopefully they can make a change for the better and maybe add some more staff and think more customer forward.

Perfect bagels as always. A little crisp in d outside and soft in d inside. Love the cream cheese too. And also the freebies. Love to have breakfast in the lake, hiking and camping.

I have never had a problem here but today I was served burnt bacon and it smells burnt burnt. I called the store no answer or call back. The bacon was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. I couldn’t finish my food and highly disappointed. Wasted my lunch time and money :(
update: she left a comment for me to call.. I did and left a message and still haven’t received a call. Very disappointed

Love, love, LOVE Bagel Nosh. Best bagels around by far. Soft and chewy inside the perfectly baked exterior. Their Nova Lox is outstanding and believe me. I've tried everyone else in town and now the only place I order lox and bagel is here.
I ordered a bagel with jalapeno cream cheese & veggies and got my order home just to realize they gave me a navel with lettuce, avocado, Cucumber and nothing else. They left out the whole main attraction. I tried to call several times but the phone just rings & rings. I will never go here again.

Bagel Nosh in Tempe is a beautifully designed and comfortable restaurant with amazing food and service. It's far more than just a bagel shop. They have amazing sandwiches, desserts and more. My wife and I tried a couple of different breakfast sandwiches last week and they were each the best we have ever had. We got a variety of bagels to take home and have enjoyed them every day since our visit. Truly great restaurant for anyone to try!
