I would have always, and, unquestionably given Bambox Produce 5 stars. The product, microgreens, and the faculties are excellent. We started with Bambox when they were based in Old Town Scottsdale. Bambox has the best selections of microgreens salads. They are fresh and very tasty. Lately the customer service is nonexistent. The phone line is now out of service. No one is staffing the front desk anymore so I'm unable to stop and pick up my salads. I have a paid subscription, so funds are being taken from my account and I'm receiving..... nothing. The Contact person, Nathan, has not bothered to return any text messages lately. Bambox started out very strong and reliably consistent. I've wasted, time, Gas, and patience lately. Bambox charges for a Service it no longer provides to me. The "interns" work for free and I think that's the main issue. Bambox should actually Pay the workers so that there is some incentive to be responsible to provide its products to its PAYING CONSUMERS. I would hope that the management of BAMBOX reads this review and decide to rectify this problem. Marianne and I have been buying salads from BAMBOX for over a year, almost two. Marianne had Cancer and wanted the purest of foods. We found that with BAMBOX. Marianne died from her Cancers on June 2,2019. I've maintained the subscription because I've enjoyed the product. It's too bad that BAMBOX no longer wants to have any accountability for providing Customers, especially longterm Customers, with the product. Nathan has my contact info. - Tony Winters

Went in today for a tour, super impressed with their operation and staff! Nathan gave a great tour with plenty of insite on how they operate and who they serve. An excellent example of sustainable solutions in today's agro industry. Def try their hot-bam salad on the way out soooooo good!

Healthiest salad combos I ever had. BAMBOX PRODUCE microgreens produce instant energy...10 times more nutritious than regular vegetables yet tastes sweeter. Delicious salad dressings too! I have been looking for a healthy salad dressing but the healthy ones taste terrible. BAMBOX PRODUCE has 3 healthy salad dressings that are incredible. Try Bambox.

Often times it can be hard enough to eat healthy, or buy salads in reasonable portions, with nutritious ingredients. I was recently given some Bambox’s to try and they are perfect. Great flavor, great portion, and a company driven by values and environmental impact. I’m not sure what the convenience of purchasing more will be like, but I hope to see this company grow and become more available.

BAMBOX sells the greatest salad combos I ever ate. Microgreens make the healthiest salads. BAMBOX PRODUCE microgreens have 10 times more nutrition than regular vegetables plus tastes sweeter. I have been looking for a healthy salad dressing that tastes good but no luck. BAMBOX PRODUCE offers 3 really delicious healthy salad dressings. BAMBOX has the healthiest salads and healthiest best tasting dressings. You should try their salads.

After being given the wrong address, causing me to drive 30 minutes out of the way, a delivery that was 90 minutes late, and a pick up where the building was locked but I was told specifically to come at that time, I am definitely no longer a consumer of this product. It's a great product, but we're just logistically and professionally, this company is simply failing.
BAM is a great company, the product they sell is unlike any on the market. Completely grown indoors and under the best conditions possible to deliver the most nutritional veggies possible.

These guys rock!!! I haven't even gotten anything from them. I mess up from top to bottom, put in the WRONG email, (after they offered me a special coupon), and well, I'm mess! They found the problem with my file in the same day, refunded me, and despite my best efforts to be a j**** were so pleasant. These guys are amazing, and after I get my life in order, I will be returning as a subscription riber. Thank you Chris and whoever handles your Instagram page for PERFECT customer service.
