Tasty salmon sliders!

Server did a great job. However, the environment was a different. Too loud, too hot, Filthy tables, dinnerware, sticky menus. Gross restrooms. Has the place ever been wiped down?

Had lunch here and it was great food and really great service. Had fried pickles and split an excellent burger that was part of their lunch special. Our waiter (the bartender) was Nevada and he was super quick with refills and very personable and welcoming, best service we've had in quite a while. We'll be back very soon.

Nevada was amazing! He was very accommodating and took care of us! I recommend him for sure!

This was my first to-go/pickup order from BL. It was ready on time and still warm. The food was very tasty, and my order was accurate. I had the beef sliders with fries. I was also able to use my birthday reward of $10 off, which was a very nice treat. WTG, BL! Keep up the great work!

Waited 2 hours before we were even served. Waited 1 hour or more for a table 🤔 never again will i ever go back, never.

The service and food tonight were both lacking. The waiter asked if we would like our burgers medium, well done, or somewhere in between and I said medium and would appreciate it if it didn’t go past medium, my partner said the same thing. The burgers came out very well done and when we told the waiter he said ‘oh well, hopefully they will taste okay anyway’ and promptly walked away. We had to go to the service area to get salt and when we asked for more ketchup and a refill of soda when he came back once, he took his sweet time even though they were NOT busy at all. Probably won’t be back and now know why they weren’t busy.

The place was not busy and yet the food took forever and came out cold. The calamari tasted like frost bite. Beers were foamy and not cold. Would not recommend this location. Our server was awesome tho!!!

I had an issue with my meal and the manager came over and was super nice and made everything right. I appreciate that. My wife really enjoyed her meal which I sampled and thought the chicken fingers was excellent and the tattoo totally exceptional.

Ate here the other night and got food poisoning. Called and the manager didn’t seem to believe it since they temperature regulate their food. …as if that means nothing could ever go wrong.

My husband and I visited Bar Louie this morning and loved the food but to top Yummy food, our server Sil was so welcoming cheerful and helpful and absolutely a treat with her smile and courtesy Super sweet girl❣️ we will be there soon 🙏 thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

My recent visit to Bar Louie was underwhelming. The space was fairly empty, and the service felt minimal, not a very lively atmosphere overall. We arrived around 10:30 and were on a tight schedule due to an escape room reservation nearby, so I did appreciate the kitchen’s speed in getting our food out quickly.

However, the experience was soured by the $6 espresso shot I ordered. Unfortunately, it was burned and quite bitter. If they’re going to charge that much for a single shot, it would be helpful if they disclosed the price upfront. The explanation for the price—that the beans take two weeks to arrive from Italy—was odd, considering the same Illy beans can be found at a local Fry’s in just a few minutes.

Overall, I’m disappointed and likely wouldn’t return for the coffee, though the quick service was a plus.
