My friends and I walked in at 10pm on a Friday which we figured was okay since the restaurant closes at 2am. We flew in from Albuquerque on a delayed flight and were very hungry. The staff took 15 minutes to acknowledge us and 10 minutes to bring water and my friends Ultra. The staff was HORRIBLE and unfriendly so we didn’t order food, unfortunately. Coming from customer service, this is embarrassing.

We waited 15min for a beer and decided not to order food since the place felt dirty and it took so long for our drinks. We were pretty much the only people there so I’m really not sure what they were doing

Despite repeatedly ordering a simple burger without cheese, my request is consistently ignored. During my recent visit , not only was my order incorrect once again, but the handling of the situation by the staff and management team was unacceptable. I waited an extra 30-minutes for them to correct the mistake, coupled with the no of communication, updates or an apology, left me feeling disrespected as a customer. The absence of any compensation for the inconvenience only adds to my frustration because I had to correct them twice before leaving since they can’t follow simple instructions.. I feel compelled to warn others against dining here unless they're prepared to be dissatisfied, disrespected, and have their simple orders consistently messed up. Also the manager with colored hair took my order but she was no where to be found when my order was messed up.

Waiter was non existent for the majority of the time.He also couldn't remember my drink order multiple times..... It was a vodka tonic.
I went with a large group so I apologize I didn't get any pictures of the food.We were seated promptly even with our large group on a Thursday happy hour.CostVery nice happy hour! Not sure I would go other than for happy hour.AtmosphereAverage. Very nice, not too loud.FoodThe group ordered additional appetizers including the pretzels and chip trio platter. Both of them were great. We ordered also the spinach artichoke dip and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were a little on the dry side but nothing terrible. Artichoke dip was on point!ServiceExcellent. Waiter was attentive and responsive to all our requests. Had no issues with separate checks with our larger party. We also had a mishap with our artichoke dip which ended up going to someone else by mistake and they brought out a second chip trio platter. They corrected it and brought out our spinach dip and left the trio platter

I enjoy the food and the drinks are great, but the bartenders are SO DRY… they don’t even try to engage with you at all. Not saying I want to talk to a bartender all night long, but damn… SMILE, say hello… ask me how I’m doing and stuff. Don’t count on the fact that you’re a bartender just to get tips because just like you won’t remember me, I’ll never remember you … I don’t have to tip.Barack’s are jerks too … you’ll stand in front of me polishing glasses for 10 minutes but you won’t say hello? But you’ll YELL hello to people walking into the door like you’re a trained monkey.Not my monkeys, not my circus tho … Food was good! Add calamari to the late night menu!!!

Lol - just sat at the bar for a beer, a snack and some take out food. What a nightmare. Took two bartenders to make one drink ticket, was dead yet felt ignored, had to ask for silverware for our appetizer, and received our flatbread as shown. No thanks - do better!
