excessive wait times for one pizza. Waited over 5 min on hold before getting my order taken, waited over 45 min to get one pizza made. Quoted 30 min on pizza. Meanwhile staff is seen goofing around rather than ya know, getting stuff done. This place is kinda going downhill now days. Used to love it, not so much anymore.

We loved Barro’s Pizza! We were able to customize the pizza exactly how we wanted. They offer different crust options — whether you like it thick or thin — and even have vegan choices, which I think is amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

This barros location has lost its flavor to me and I won't be back... been going there 5 years, I won't be back. Staff us good but quality of the food just ain't right and lost my appetite to go there for pizza and wings. Wings is never cooked right but I tried cause of the staff
I love Barro’s pizza, however with the recent change of verifying card for an order. I understand policy changes, but upon giving my name, phone number I called from and telling my exact order. Why do I then need to verify card.

Their GF crusts are killer but it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to show them the credit card I used to to pick up my online order, even when providing a name and phone number. Apparently it depends on the owner so we will likely find another store to order from. Often times my wife will make the order while I am on my way home from work and I'll pick it up, so I do not have the card on me. They will also give you thin crust when you ordered regular, which would be fine if someone told us that they needed to do that, but no one says anything...

Zach, was great, he was very helpful and took his time to make sure my order was right. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a good experience over all. I’m glad to have come the day he was here to make sure my order was correct. All staff is great! This place is very clean and also very good atmosphere!!!
