The two guys behind the counter were very useless. I can in to pickup my online order and they told me they dont have the specific ice cream available, it's only for California. They could've called me and told me before I even wasted time driving down there. Nowhere did it say California stores only plus they told me that I had to try and get a refund through the app since I did it online. That makes no sense in the slightest, there isn't even an option for a refund in the app. They seemed like they just didn't care to help at all. Haven't been to a Baskin in a while and now I know why I can't come back again. I'd give it a zero or negative stars if I could.

Great service, poor taste on the ice cream and the cone. 1/10 and $7:45 10% tip for 1 scoop and a waffle cone plain. Never coming back. Someone else might think its better but they haven't tried other places. Fantastic employees, horrible ice-cream.

Always great! One of the few thar still carry pistachio ice cream! Brings back some great memories!

Doors and windows dirty. Chairs and tables and blinds old. Commercials on the radio annoying. Area near the trash can: nasty.

Normally when you walk into an ice cream shop it smells like ice cream or freshly made waffle cones, here we walked in and the chemical smell of some sort of bathroom cleaner or something was overwhelming. We left right after ordering to get away from the smell. There was not any outdoor seating. There are only 3 non-dairy options: cookies and cream, lemon sorbet and daiquiri sorbet. Prices are very expensive. Would love to see more vegan options and less chemical smells. The staff was very nice.

We had a two scoops Sunday and a cappuccino blast mocha/ vanilla both really good.

It’s OK, but extremely pricey, 7 bucks for two small scoops. Haven’t been to ice cream in two years…. Guess prices are crazy now. Service was ok.
