Went online and ordered a cake for my daughter's bday. Then get a call from the store telling me that the price was wrong online and that I owe 5 more dollars when I pick it up. It's not about the 5 dollars. Honor your price or fix your website. Pathetic.

I think I counted 32 flavors. 🤣(There were 4 rows of 8 tubs.) Server was polite, but slow as molasses. (No pun intended.) Baskin-Robins ice cream tastes great, as expected. I had the 2-scoop brownie sundae with jamocha almond ice cream.

If you can't find an appropriate way to serve mobile order drivers in a timely fashion, other than having us wait for 10 people's orders to be placed and prepared who just walked in on a whim while our customer's order sits already made in a freezer and we lose money every minute, then my fellow drivers and I will not be picking up your orders any longer.

Mal (not sure if I spelled her name correctly), the general manager, has the best service mind! She was very nice and helpful. I went into the store to order a gender reveal cake and would like to pick up within the same day; It’s typically minimum 48 hours for a custom cake. The cake maker was also not in the store today but Mal helped us by making the cake by herself to pick up within a few hours (ordered around 11-ish and was ready to pickup at 4pm)!! The cake was perfect and delicious! I cannot thank her enough. Thank you so much!!!!! <3

HORRIBLE I just paid $16 and after tip $19 for a double scoop ice cream sundae from this location. There was only one scoop! It was so tiny, and I will never order or visit another Baskin Robbins again. I feel so ripped off. Photos are literally taken the second the bag was open before one bite was taken.

My wife wanted to ice cream, so we stopped and got some. Her order was good. My milkshake was so bad and liquidity. All you taste was milk, after oneor two sips, I went back to the counter and asked if he could remake it. He said thats the way they make it. I ask to speak to a manager. He said there wasn't one on duty. There was another associate doing something in the back. I asked to speak to her. She came out and said the same thing. That's the way they make them. I stormed out never again. Will I be going back to McDonald's? Make a better milkshake.. maybe I don't know what milk shake looks like. I could be wrong, too.

They kept stopping my online order every time someone came in , there is a homeless guy living in the corner , and you bag chocolate shakes without a drink holder !!!!!!! Just give them directly to me . I can’t control a free falling drink inside a TAPED BAG … and I don’t get paid enough to keep it as steady as c4 .. cheap store that can only hire dumb teens who don’t know their worth … and this place is dirty ……
