They kept stopping my online order every time someone came in , there is a homeless guy living in the corner , and you bag chocolate shakes without a drink holder !!!!!!! Just give them directly to me . I can’t control a free falling drink inside a TAPED BAG … and I don’t get paid enough to keep it as steady as c4 .. cheap store that can only hire dumb teens who don’t know their worth … and this place is dirty ……

Very upset over last experience with this location. Ordered a cake online and the next day this location called and said they don't make that size cake and tried to upgrade me. I passed and asked for a refund. The girl said she would let her boss know and call me back to confirm. No call. Called about 12 hours later before close and someone else said they would call me in the morning after they talk to the manager. No call. I called the corp number and they said they needed to reach out to the store and confirm a refund which could take up to 14 days then additional time to process the refund. Keep in mind, I didn't cancel the order. I wanted the order and now I'm supposed to wait for my money back and likely miss having a cake for my daughters birthday because they won't refund me. We order 2-3 cakes here per year and have for like 15 years but I won't return after this. I will call my bank in the morning to dispute the charge so I can attempt to get another cake in time.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday and it was the worst cake I've ever had. None of my kids liked it. My husband didn't like it. The only part they ate was a little bit of ice cream part of the cake. The cake was extremely dense, hard, dry and did not have a very good flavor. Sandpaper would be the best word to describe it. I was extremely disappointed and spent $49 bucks on a cake that was a complete waste. I would leave no stars if I could.

Stopped in a an afternoon treat. Fast service and a nice healthy sized scoop. Clean and well organized. Friendly service and parking easy.

Normally I'm all in at 5 stars but my last several visits I've noticed that I'm only getting about half the ice cream from before. Today I got a layered sundae that barely had 2 scoops even though the recipe calls for 3. A shameful way to steal money from your customers, Baskin Robbins.

Big shout out to this location for an amazing cake for our daughter’s 7th birthday. She wanted a unicorn cake, and when I was in this store on a different occasion I remembered seeing one in their freezer. I immediately knew I was ordering this cake! Well, from the follow up phone call I received (can’t remember the woman’s name) after placing my online order I was confident I was in good hands. Whomever decorated the cake was flawless in the design plus handwritten message. All the kids and adults loved the cake. Thank you!
