This used to be my go-to spot. I don't know what's happened but the last 3-6 months have been horrendous. The toast isn't toasted even though you wait 10/15 minute for it. I'm getting regulars in large cups. I'm ordering a thick smoothie and it comes out as chocolate colored ice water. I've continued to give them the benefit of the doubt that they have just been busy, but it's every time I go now my order comes out poorly 😓 it makes me sad because it used to be my favorite place to go.
