i’ve been coming here for a few weeks now & my favorite is the Hazelnut divinity with the cheese danish I noticed they are under new management and Myasia was such a delight thank you for letting me know i’m seeing the improvement.

This is the second time BetterBuzz in Tempe has completely lost my drive-thru order between the mic and the window. No name, no ticket, no apology—just completely confused. Today I ordered a simple hot Americano with half-and-half and sugar-free caramel and again they couldn’t find it and tried to give me someone else’s drink. The girl at the window just said there was an Americano under “Lori” (my name is Joyce) and that it was “close enough.” It wasn’t the same order. Then she told me they would just add the sugar-free caramel after the fact. Their drive-thru system and customer service are a mess. I won’t be back.

This is becoming my spot on my way to work! The coffee hits the spot, and I end up grabbing a bite to eat too. Non-dairy options are a must for me!! The whole place has such a nice vibe, and I loved how they decorate inside. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I even got to meet T, the general manager, and they were awesome. When the place is this clean and the team is this kind, you know it starts from the top. Definitely coming back for my coffee fix!!!

It was my first time at this location and it's smaller but cutie! I've only been to Better Buzz a handful of times, typically back in San Diego and over ten years ago! Emily was so so sweet and helpful. She took my likes and tastes into consideration as well as the different flavors I tend to like and she insisted I try the Snickerdoodley drink. To my surprise it was actually sooo good!!! Overall, great location, all the staff is super nice, extra shout out again to Emily! There is also ample room on the patio and now that the weather is getting nice, it'll be great for coffee dates and Saturday mornings with our pup!
