This is the second time BetterBuzz in Tempe has completely lost my drive-thru order between the mic and the window. No name, no ticket, no apology—just completely confused. Today I ordered a simple hot Americano with half-and-half and sugar-free caramel and again they couldn’t find it and tried to give me someone else’s drink. i've have been here twice but i had to write a review now because Myasia was so sweet with her bright smile. she offered me a mini candy candy a long with my candy cane best drink so yummy.
