I hadn’t heard of this place before and happen to see the place while shopping next door to it. It looked like it could be pretty good but then I handwritten sign on the window about covid. Makes me happy I’ve never been here. Haha I get why they closed down permanently

Orders need to be very carefully read!And if requests aren't clear, the customer needs to be contacted and requests confirmed.We now have a pepperoni, mushroom, black olive pizza that we wanted those toppings on only HALF the pizza.Not the whole thing!I even checked the email and made sure that was the correct order and yes those toppings should have been on only HALF the pizza, and the other should have been just cheese.Money wasted.Will be finding yet another place to go where orders are better taken care of and adhered to requests.

I tried to wait to leave a review because I am literally on the phone waiting on you guys to pick up I’ve been on the phone for about 30 minutes trying to tell you about the pizza that was just delivered to Amazon on I Elliot an Chandler please reach out to me so I would be able to get another order here ASAP the pizza that I ordered was a 18 inch cheese cajun butter crust.party cut and when we received it it was hard to the touch in very cold you guys are not answering your phones and you don’t have voicemailThis is really bad customer service and the food we cannot eat it

This place used to be amazing. It has changed owners recently. Now the food is good but not great. They aren't open as late - not due to covid19. And the prices went up. Still a good value, just not as good as before.
Delicious!!!! I'm from LA and came to AZ for the river. Was starving and it was late so looked for a place online and stumbled across Big Jimmy's. I ordered the XL pizza, salad, and an order of wings. Not only was the food amazing but the way they delivered made me feel super safe especially during this pandemic. Everything was wrapped and secured and they included disposable gloves. Will definitely order again when I'm back in AZ!!

Ozzy always gives great service! His Pizza is fantastic & he is quick! He knows our order without us reminding him, And he He is always smiling and legit is great at his job!! Big Jimmy's is always yummy & prices are good.

I used to love this place but when I went in & bought 4 pizzas they were burnt we couldn't even cut the crust they were discusting. I don't blame the employees 100% because the conditions they were working in were ridiculous. It was so HOT the air-conditioning had to be on 82 or more they were sweating so bad it was dripping into the food. Their NOT allowed to touch the thermostat or risk being fired. The owner should be ashamed of himself because I'm sure his family is not living or working in those conditions. I will NEVER order from here again and I wouldn't suggest any of you do for the way they treat their employees.
