I tried it for the first time and it was a bit underwhelming to say the least. I looked at their energy drink menu and it didnât appeal to me so I made my own when I ordered it online. The order said it would be ready in 5 minutes, by the time that I got there, my drink wasnât made yet and along with that, the staff was not very attentive when I went to the pick up area, I had to wave someone to get their assistance. When I got my order which was a medium sized drink, I was surprised by how small the drink actually was, which left me thinking whether thatâs actually a medium or if they got my drink size wrong. Either way, first and last time. The drink was good since I had to pick my own flavors, other than that, the place is not my cup of tea.

I am a Salesman who is on the road all day. I usually do Starbucks but I thought I would give Black Rock a try. The coffee was okay as was the atmosphere and service. A little greedy to think it's okay to charge $4 to use your wi-fi. With the prices you're charging for coffee I can't imagine how you can't include Wi-Fi like every other copy shop and restaurant around. Needless to say I won't be back
