I tried it for the first time and it was a bit underwhelming to say the least. I looked at their energy drink menu and it didn’t appeal to me so I made my own when I ordered it online. The order said it would be ready in 5 minutes, by the time that I got there, my drink wasn’t made yet and along with that, the staff was not very attentive when I went to the pick up area, I had to wave someone to get their assistance. I am a Salesman who is on the road all day. I usually do Starbucks but I thought I would give Black Rock a try. The coffee was okay as was the atmosphere and service. A little greedy to think it's okay to charge $4 to use your wi-fi. With the prices you're charging for coffee I can't imagine how you can't include Wi-Fi like every other copy shop and restaurant around. Needless to say I won't be back

Love Blackrock! Everyone there is so friendly and chill. Love the drink options between coffee, lemonade, other energy drinks, and the customization. Love that they use local spots to source food. It’s definitely my fav coffee place!
