Absolutely love this place! Hands down the best Thai tea with boba I've had. I have ordered it many times since discovering this place and it's consistently amazing. The donuts are also fantastic!

I have been different boba spots in the city, I'm glad I stopped by. At Boba & Donut, I ordered their taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. It was delicious, I drank almost half of it and then realized I needed to take a picture. I have been on a taro flavor kick lately, and it satisfied my cravings. I didn't care much for the texture of their tapioca pearls. They had many different donut selections, and I'll be back to try some in the future. The staff was great with her recommendations. The store was really clean.

Excellent Customer service. The only bad thing is that we went for the boba and they had none. We tried the donuts and they are delicious. The kolaches are so good too. There is a nice and calm vibe from everybody.

I work inside AZ Mills and often I like to visit this Donut Shop in the morning before work. Their donuts are so delicious, they melt in your mouth. So much better than the big franchise options all around town. I went in with my family today and he gifted my wife a Thai tea. It was not our expectation, but that spoke highly about the owner at the shop. Owner always receives you with a smile and I will definitely come back just based on the owner. (I always forget to ask for his name) thank you Boba and Donuts.

This place is always closed during business hours with no warning. Me and my family have come up here on 4 separate occassions including today 1/19 @ 3:30 pm and the doors are locked and no one inside.
Very messy inside, donuts tasted like they were days old, service was terrible. Breakfast sandwiches were not good at all. Recommend avoiding.

Da bomb!!! OM Heavens... these donuts taste fresh and fluffy!!! I swear that the non franchised businesses be the best! The guy who works here in the mornings was nice and friendly. I'll definitely return because, who knew that these donuts would be so good! The only downside was no cool whip creme coming donuts on hand such those are my favorite but the plain glaze was just as yummy! I was going to take a picture but unfortunately I gobbled it down before I could even get to that point.
